Born in Belgium, Barry grew up in a musical environment, due to his father being Europe's senior executive in EMI. Barry got his degree from the UK, he has been heavily involved in the music industry, producing some of the biggest artists of the 70's ,as well as a writer signed to Warners for 7 years with several hit songs to his credit.

With 25 international musical awards, he was an Emmy nominee for his film score for Richard Dreyfus's film “Prisoner of Honour”.

Now established in Dubai, Barry has composed music for a multitude of prestige clients including Emirates, DSF, Dubai destination, Dubai E Government and a lot of the leading advertising brands. He is currently working on his first album of fusion songs and is actively involved in bringing copyright awareness in intellectual property to the region.
