Joe is a versatile composer, with the ability to draw
from many different influences and compose within any style - from full
orchestral action-packed scores, to minimal electronic soundscapes. After
studying music technology and classical arranging at college, Joe moved to London to study at a
satellite institution of the prestigious London College of Music. He graduated
with a first class honours degree, and also received the award of "Best
Composer" his graduating year. After this, Joe went on to complete a
Masters degree in Music, where he specialised in composition and arranging. With
guitar as his first instrument Joe has been an active musician in the London music scene,
playing with bands where his talents have even seen him record at the famous
Abbey Road Studios. Amongst his recent work, Joe has composed for various
professional commissions, including music for film, corporate videos, and
promotional shorts for community arts projects. He also works as a producer and
arranger for other artists, and at present is working with the world famous
guitarist Antonio Forcione.
